My wife and I are currently in the US, planning on moving to Saint Kitts & Nevis island when the virus is lifted for us to travel in the next few months to attend medical school for 20 months. We hope to get pregnant soon or by next year. We want student travel insurance that would cover us while we are in the Caribbean for 20 months including maternity care. Also, if we decided to fly from Saint Kitts to Florida to deliver a baby we would want maternity care coverage. Please let us know as we hope to start effective immediately.
Please look Student Health Advantage Platinum It will cover maternity as long as normal conception occurs after the effective date of the policy. As the insurance plan is designed to cover outside the home country, you can not come back to Florida for the delivery.
