International student health insurance and pregnancy Hi, I am coming to US as a student (IMS). There is a requirement that my wife, who is accompanying me has to purchase Pregnancy coverage. Would like to know insurance policy that I can purchase to meet the requirement.
I believe you will be a full time international student on F1 visa. If so, look at Study USA-HealthCare at /international-student-medical-insurance/ As long as your wife is not already pregnant as of the effective date of the policy, it will cover maternity.
Hi, I am a full time IMS (international military student) on A2 VISA. Does the plan applies? Thanks.
You can buy Study USA, only if you are on F-1, J-1, M-1 or R-1. Not A2. For A2, you can look at Student Secure at /student-secure-insurance/
