International Student Insurance Dual citizenship I am a double national, American-Spanish, always living in my home country Spain. In the next academic year term from August 15th, I will be a full-time student at University of Idaho as an international student, I am not going for a degree from UI, credits are to be transferred to my university in Spain. But I must be there as an American citizen, therefore I won?t have any visa. The question is whether I could be eligible for the International Student Insurance during my staying at UI (about 9 months).
