My daughter and I are planning a guided three-day backpacing trip in August. Does your policy cover thje cancellation of the trip because of wildfires? If so, what are the specific conditions under which we would receive a refund?

This plan does include coverage under the trip cancellation benefit if a Natural Disaster at the site of your destination is renders your accommodations uninhabitable, or the if the natural disaster makes the accommodations inaccessible. To know more detailed information about the cancellation reasons you may view the plan certificate wording.
If you would like coverage for a cancellation reason that is not listed, you may also choose the option for cancel for any reason as long as you purchase the insurance within 21 days of your initial trip deposit date. This allows you to cancel the the trip for any reason that is not listed in the plan certificate wording.
