I tried to enroll Student Secure plans, an alert message pop up saying the the insurer is not licensed in CA. Is it licensed in other states? How can the customers in California be protected by law? Please let me know as soon as possible?
That rule is applicable to CA residents. You are not CA residents but you have entered CA address as your mailing address that's why you got that notice. This plan will provide your coverage in any state in the USA.
Please read FAQ for CA notice.
So you can go ahead and purchase Student Secure plan.
Or you can purchase any of the plan from our F1/F2 Visa Insurance section other than Student secure or Study USA. You can purchase Student Health Advantage plan.
