I emailed you before asking about patriot exchange. I think it will cover the required plan by Texas Tech University. But i want a written proof the patriot exchange covers all needed items, and i want to ask about the availability of health care providers covered by Patriot Exchange which are present in Amarillo, or i will have to travel to another city to get my medical care
