I would like to know about your available plans for J-1 visa holders. The insurance should cover medical benefits of: (1) at least $100,000 per accident or illness; (2) repatriation of remains in the amount of $25,000; (3) medical evacuation to home country of $50,000; and (4) deductible per accident/illness not to exceed $500. I am interested in a plan starting on October 1 with the possibility of renewal. (In your quote, please mention whether renewal fees apply.)
