I am Masahiro, who is a husband of a policy holder (PolicyID: #######). Current plan would not cover routine exams, immunizations, and vaccinations. So, is there any plan meeting the minimum coverage requirements for J visa holder with covering immunization and routine exams? We would like to change the plan which covers the minimum requirement of J visa holder with immunization and routine exams. Or can we add another plan/option which cover immunization and routine exams?
The only plans that will cover such visits would be a domestic insurance plan.
You will need to check with your sponsoring organization to see if there is a plan that you can purchase from them in order to obtain these benefits.
