I am looking at buying a health insurance for my the whole family for our trip to Europe. Do you provide a official letter that states the coverage as it is required for the Schengen visa? If so what is the process of requesting the same and in how many days can I get it? Is the letter combined for the whole family or do you provide individual letters for each member of the family (since we have separate appointment dates)? If you do not provide separate letters, do I have to buy individual insurance for each member (it is more expensive than buying for the whole family together)?
