Paradise Valley Community College, or PVCC, is one of the 10 colleges in the Maricopa County Community College District. The PVCC at Black Mountain campus was established in 2009. It is constructed in the heart of the desert, across an expanse of 82 acres in North Scottsdale, Arizona. The new campus was built in collaboration with the Valley of the Sun YMCA and Foothills Community Foundation. PVCC at Black Mountain features a high-powered telescope and viewing deck for its astronomy students.

All plans under the Exchange Visitor (J-1/J-2) section will meet the requirements mandated by the Department of State.
