Patriot America was recently enhanced and most of the features in Protection America were added in Patriot America. Now, the real difference between those 2 is Patriot America is renewal only if you buy initially for 3 months. Protection America is renewable even if you buy for minimum 5 days. If you are planning to buy the insurance for 4 months, you can buy Patriot America. As soon as you make the purchase, you will get the virtual id cards in the email. Now I have few more questions for you. 1.As there is no major differnce in Protection America and Patriot America, Why protection america premium is almost $200 more over Patriot? 2 Will Protection america deliver the id cards and other documents in postal mail as well as in E-mail (for postal mail no shiiping cost?) 1. As I said before, Patriot America was recently enhanced and all good features from Protection America were added in Patriot America. Insurance company didn't have chance yet to update Protection America price/features. That is why it is costs more. 2. Yes.

Thanks for your help reagarding all my quries. Yesterday on 20th Apr I purchased patriot America plan for my parents. But I did not receive any confirmation e-mail from the company IMG or from insubuy. I wrote a mail to administrator of insubuy,but i did not get any reply from them also. When I purchased the insurance I got the certificate numbers also.but I am little worried about why I did not get any confirmation mail? When will I get confirmation e-mail and also when I will be able to print those Id cards so that I can able to send them to my parents.and so they will have those prints with them while travelling. 1. IMG email confirmation. Did you specify Yahoo email address? If so, please check in your bulk mail folder. The confirmation is most likely in your bulk mail folder. 2. Admin of InsuBuy.com Admin department is open till 5 PM Central. If you sent an email after that, you will get the response the next business day. 3. Print id card. You can visit /international-medical-id-card/ and print id card online at any time. 4. Is the last name of the persons Birari? If so, someone in my office just sent you the email confirmation.

My husband Rajesh just e-mailed you detailing everything about the insurance. We still not received any emails. Also I clicked on the link you provided for printing Id cards but it is giving me error. So what should We do next? Sonali
