I'd like to buy medical evacuation insurance for my parents visiting from India to the US. In case of a medical emergency, I'd like for them to be able to be taken back to India for treatment. Do you have any policies available?

There is not a plan that you can purchase for medical evacuation back to the home country in the event of illness.
There are medical plans that will offer coverage for medical evacuation but it is for the individual to be transported to a facility that can properly treat them if they are at a location that cannot.
The only time that medical evacuation would cover the cost back to the home country for treatment (certain plans) is out of medical necessity at the request of the physician. This is not an elective benefit.
