林肯大学成立于1919年，是一所位于加利福尼亚州奥克兰市(Oakland)的私立大学。这是一所面向成人教育和国际学生的非盈利学校。它是加州最早为在职成年人提供课程的高等教育机构之一。最初在旧金山开放，但在1999年从旧金山湾搬到了奥克兰。如今，林肯大学每年招收约650名学生，而且人数还在增加。

学术机会

林肯大学提供五个学位：工商管理学士学位(Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration)、诊断成像学士学位(Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Imaging)、工商管理硕士学位(MBA)、国际商务硕士学位( Master of Science in International Business)和金融管理硕士学位(Master of Science in Finance Management)。它还为人文和信息技术的文学学士( Bachelor of Arts students in Humanities and Information Technology)学生提供两个辅修课程。

1961年，第二所分校在加利福尼亚州的圣何塞(San Jose)落成。20世纪80年代末，这个校园成为了该大学法学院项目的所在地。1993年，它从主校区分离出来，成为独立的圣何塞林肯法学院(Lincoln Law School of San Jose)。
