概述

保险承保/不承保什么?

Liaison International 主要承保保险生效后可能发生的新的医疗状况, 受伤或事故。保险不承保任何与原有疾病, 常规体检, 免疫接种或生育相关费用。

保险承保70岁以下非美国居民原有疾病急性发作至$15,000。

保险对处方药承保等同于对其它任何符合要求医疗费用。

Liaison International 对健康牙齿急性疼痛最高支付$100(至少购买1个月)。您可以选择质优价廉的CAREINGTON牙科产品。

Liaison International 承保您在祖国境外任何地方和旅途,保险还可包括托运行李丢失。

如何使用保险?

赔付金额?

首先, 保险支付任何符合要求费用前, 您需支付每个保单期间自付额($0到$2,500不等)。您需继续支付所有金额直至付清自付额。自付额不只限于住院, 保险无共付额。

PPO 网络内, 保险支付下一个$5,000的80%, 您支付20%。换言之, 您支付20%至最高$1,000 的共同保险。之后保险支付100%至您选择的最高保额, 您可根据年龄选择$50,000 至 $1,000,000,最高保额。

举例:

假如您购买了45天保险且保险最高保额$50,000和$250自付额。

  • 假如医生每次收取$150且您需要多次就医。

    第一次就医, 您需要支付$150。您还需支付$100付清您的自付额。

    您下次就医,医生收取您$150, 您需要支付$100。您现在已经完全付清每个承保期的自付额。保险支付余$50的80%, 也就是$40您需要支付20%即$10。

    对于任何后续的治疗(无论情况相同与否),您都不需要再次支付自付额。保险会支付第一个$5,000的80%, 您需要支付20% (最高至$1,000)。

    之后, 保险会支付医疗费用的100%至$50,000。

  • 假如您由于事故需住院2天。医院每天收取$12,000, 总费用是$24,000。假设这是您第一次使用此保险,您需要支付$250自付额加上$1,000 (第一个$5,000的20% ),其余费用由保险支付。

    即使您延长保险, 您也不需要再次支付自付额。
