My children (J2 visa) will come to visit me (J1) in the states with my mom (visitor visa). As I already have an insurance and I only need to buy insurance for my one year of children and my mom. Can I only buy the insurance for my mom and add my children as her dependent?

You may purchase a plan for your mother in the Visitors to the USA section of our website and will have to purchase separate insurance plans for your children in the J1 / J2 Visa Exchange Visitor Insurance section.
