Thank you for contacting Insubuy. The current policy 140026194 which is ExchangeGuard does not provide maternity coverage except for emergency treatment of complications of pregnancy during the first 26 weeks of Pregnancy. Unfortunately, there is no J visa insurance offering on our website that can cover maternity if the insured person is already pregnant. Some plans such as Study USA Platinum can cover new pregnancy/conception after the effective date if J1 and J2 enroll together.
