I'd like to file a claim from Costa Rica travel insurance, our flight was cancelled due to tropical storm and had to stay one extra night. please advise how to process the claim,
You can access the claim forms for your policy by logging into My Account on the Insubuy website.
You would login with your policy certificate # and your date of birth, or the date of birth of the primary insured.
The instructions are on the claim forms, as well as the phone number to the claims department if you need any assistance filling them out or have questions about the claims.
