I got selected in the Batch No.14 for the trip being organized by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India through Gunj-Lipulakh route to Kailash-Manosarover trek and back. This trip consists of both trekking and vehicle transport both in Indian and Tibetian side. The maximum height we may reach is 5670 metres between Daraphuk and Zunzhui Pu in the Tibet-China area. In this regard, please clarify the following: 1) Since we trek below 6000 meters height during the Kailash-Manosarover trip, suggest the suitable & best travelling insurance policy 2) The suggested travelling insurance policy requires to cover also unexpected events (emergency medical evacuation through helicopter/ repatriation). 3) My travelling in Tibet-China area is from 11.08.2017 to 19.08.2017 for 9 days i.e passing and returning border control. On getting your reply, I like to share to other passengers selected for Kailash-Manosarover trip also. Hence, please provide right information at the earliest. Thanks.
