I would like to renew my J1 research scholar visa but before I do, there are some changes that need to be made. I had an error in my passport name that got carried into my insurance name. I would like to change my name on the insurance from First name - Mir Hasnain Ali Last name - FNU to First Name - Mir Hasnain Last Name - Ali This time, instead of the $500,000 max policy, I want $100,000 max policy. Also, once I buy the insurance, I need the following certificate signed. My insurance is expiring soon. Can you please take care of this soon?
There are not any changes that can be made to and insurance plan once a plan is active. If there are any changes that need to be made you will need to purchase a new policy with the needed parameters.
