I need to do a basic routine examination/ health assessment to ensure I am in good health and my numbers are within the set health parameters for my age. I can order the test now and fill the claim form later if it's easier. But will you be able to reimburse me the $75 once I fill the claim form along with the Doctor's order and the lab receipt for my wellness checkup, although the tests cost more than $75.
