Q:I was looking through some of the plans listed on the website and am trying to find the best one to cover me in my studies. I think the ExchangeGuard Essential with 0 deductible and 0% copay and $500,000 coverage is what I would want, but I need to make sure it fulfills Palm Beach State College's requirements.

A:
We will not have an insurance plan to meet all of your requirements. You will need to purchase the insurance offered through the university.

Q:I'm wanting to purchase insurance for my son who will be attending college in USA on F1 visa. Based on the information on the website I'm struggling to understand what the difference is between the Exchange Guard Essential and Exchange Guard Choice policies are. The differences that I can observe through the compare option don't seem important enough to justify the difference in price and so I'm wondering if there is something I'm missing. Is there an expert that is able to more easily clarify the difference between these two policies?

A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. The main difference between ExchangeGuard Choice and Essential is the pre-ex waiting period. Choice has 6m and Essential has 12m. Both plan after waiting period will pay $500 per policy period. Here is the link for the difference between 2 plans: Compare ExchangeGuard Insurance Plans Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Q:I am a South African citizen studying in the US (Florida). I am wanting to possibly purchase health insurance through your company. Part of the requirement of getting health insurance through an outside company and not the university is having the insurance company sign and stamp a form stating that they can provide 15 needed requirements (see attached form). Could someone assist me in getting a plan that covers all 15 requirements? And if so, is there someone that can sign the form once I purchase the insurance plan? I would like to purchase the Standard plan , but first want to make sure that it covers all the requirements.

A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy. The only available plan that will meet your requirements is a plan called Study USA Platinum You can use the link to generate a quote for coverage and review plan details. Once purchased we will be happy to have your compliance form completed.

Q:My mother-in-law is visiting us in USA with a B2 visa and we decided to sponsor her for greencard. We are in the process of applying to USCIS. She is 77 years old. I am looking for a good medical coverage for her while her adjustment of status is pending. I checked through the plans that you offer and Atlas America seems like a good coverage (we want covid19 coverage and also acute onset of preexisting due to her high blood pressure). A deductible of $250 and limit of $50,000 I would like to get an quote from you that I can present include in our greencard application. Can you generate such document with the start date of January 1 and duration of 6 mon

A:
Unfortunately, Atlas America is only available for those visiting the USA on a visitor visa. Since your mother-in-law has begun the process of adjusting her status she would need to purchase a plan from our New Immigrant section of the website. New Immigrant Medical Insurance Keep in mind that these plans will be available to her up until she becomes eligible for domestic insurance. At that point she would need to purchase a domestic plan. Should you have additional questions or need further assistance please let us know.

Thank you for contacting Insubuy. The Exchange Guard plan will not provide any coverage for intercollegiate / interscholastic sports.
