Q:My current health insurance covers most of the Costa Rican requirements accept the 2000 coverage for trip delay. Do you offer that separately? What is the price?

Q:I made a claim 2 months ago. Have heard nothing back; not even an acknowledgement

If you have not heard anything from the claims department, you would need to contact them to get an update. You need to confirm they received the claim and it is being processed. From the date they receive the claim, the usual processing time is 4-6 weeks, so it would appear we are at the end of the total timeframe. They will be able to confirm receipt of the claim and advise if any documents or information is missing that they need for processing.
