I am not able to download any of the documents. I purchased the plan over two hours ago and the website stated that as soon as I made the purchase I would be able to download documents. I tried to print my ID card and it says that my ID number and my birth date do not match. Yes, they do. I have checked it repeatedly. Where I tried downloading my visa letter, it just does nothing when clicking on the"get visa letter" tab. I have tried holding down the ctrl key as it says to do if it does not show up, that does not work either. I am getting very frustrated with this as I have limited time to apply for this visa, and have spent my money on this insurance plan and I'm not able to bring any documentation stating I have insurance to the consulate.
