I am looking for an insurance policy that covers the following criteria: -Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per accident or illness and have prescription coverage. -Repatriation of remains of at least $7,500. -Medical evacuation to home country of at least $10,000. -A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness. -Plan must be provided by a company licensed to do business in the United States, with a U.S claims payment office and a U.S phone number. -Plan must covers pre-existing conditions with no waiting period, or the plan must have been in effect long enough that any waiting period has passed. -Plan must covers inpatient and outpatient medical and mental health care in the Washington, D.C. area, including alcohol, drug abuse and detoxification treatment. Emergency only coverage does not satisfy this requirement. -Plan must covers expenses related to self-inflicted injuries and suicide. -Plan must be active and maintained throughout the duration of the program.
