Q:Hello, I am interested in buying Insurance for my parents and have a question with the questions I am getting while purchasing it. If say, I enter destination state as Kansas, does that mean that my parents cannot use this insurance in any other states in US when needed whenever they go to visit different places?

The school will apply the University of California Student Health Insurance Plan (UC SHIP) for the new semester, but I am looking for a proper insurance plan with a fair rate to apply to the UC Irvine SHIP waiver. The application deadline for the UC SHIP waiver is September 8 and I need to purchase the proper plan as soon as possible.
