Q:I'd like to purchase the discount dental/vision plan from Careington and to pay with my Italian credit card. However I am currently living in the USA (I'm a Green Card holder) and I would like to have the cards mailed at my US address. But, if I enter my US address in the online subscription form, and then use my Italian credit card for the payment, the system tells me that the address I've put in the form doesn't match the billing address of my credit card. I'd be most grateful if you could suggest a solution for this issue. To sum up: I'd like to pay with my Italian credit card, but have the cards mailed my US address.

Q:I'm a J1 post doc at the University of Chicago. I started my research period at the UoC in May 2017.
