I am looking for a health insurance for an international student holding a F-1 visa. I am from University of Rochester, the school has some requirements of the benefits as follows: 1. The plan covers a minimum of $500,000 US in medical benefits for illness, accident or injury per plan year. 2. The plan has a deductible of $5,000 US or less per covered person per plan year. 3. The plan covers prescription medications to a minimum of $100,000 US per plan year. 4. The plan covers all pre-existing health conditions without restriction. 5. The plan covers mental health conditions at the same level as other medical conditions. 6. The plan covers care related to pregnancy and delivery for female students. 7. The plan covers care for self-inflicted injury, attempted suicide, and suicide. 8. The plan must cover care for injuries related to intercollegiate athletics and recreational activities. Is there any insurance that you are offering meets the requirements? If so, what is the cheapest premium?
