You can visit any provider of your choice, and there is no PPO network. It is up to the provider whether they would like to bill directly or not.

  • Patriot America Plus

    Patriot America Plus is an IMG insurance plan that provides comprehensive coverage for visitors to the United States. After the deductible, within the PPO network, it covers 100 percent of the policy maximum. It participates in the United Healthcare PPO network, and there are many participating providers all across the United States.

  • Patriot America Lite

    Patriot America Lite provides international medical coverage to visitors to the United States.

  • Patriot America Platinum

    Patriot America Platinum provides the highest level of travel medical coverage for non-U.S. citizens, as the coverage starts at $1 million.

• For travel outside the U.S.

  • Patriot International Lite

    Patriot International Lite provides international medical coverage to both U.S. and non-U.S. citizens outside the United States. It fully meets the Schengen visa insurance requirements.

  • Patriot International Platinum

    Patriot International Platinum provides a high level of travel medical insurance coverage to U.S. citizens traveling outside the United States and is renewable for up to three years.

  • Patriot Exchange Program

    Patriot Exchange Program is an IMG insurance plan specifically meant for exchange visitors in the U.S. on a J-1 visa and their dependents on a J-2 visa. It meets the minimum requirements set by the U.S. Department of State for J-1 visa insurance.
