Default Personal insurance Visitors to USA

    Dear Sirs,

I would like to buy a personal insurance for me and my husband on your website. We are citizens of Russian Federation and will travel in West Cost of USA in September. We will have normal travel but with couple days surfing. I would be grateful if you could advise me what kind of insurance should I get in this case and where can I find the list of Hospitals in California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah in which I could go if something going wrong.
Also, it would be very great to have a list of what is included in insurance.

    Is
    1) emergency dental cases,
    2) appendectomy,
    3) flu or other respiratory viral infections,
    4) animal and insect bites
    5)gastrointestinal disease, poisoning
    6) emergency cases on early pregnancy term (5-10 weeks)
    are included?

If I would buy your insurance what should I do in an emergency case? Should I contact you or can I go directly to a hospital from your list? Could insurance company pay immediately to a hospital so I would have no problems with picking up documents and bills to send it to Ins.company for paying? Unfortunately, I could not find this information on your website.

Sorry if there are too many questions, I would be grateful if you could answer all of them and send me some documents where I can find all that information (or links to documents on your website).

    Looking forward to your answer.

    Dear Sirs,

Thank you for a quick reply!

We are planning to have 3 surf lessons in LA (Santa-Monica beach) with a private instructor. I think it will be not very dangerous because we have no experience in surfing, so there should be lessons of basic skills. Also, we are planning to visit the Grand Canyon and the Death Valley, but no hiking is planned, just visiting places of interests. However, we are afraid to be bitten by insects or scorpion there.
Thanks for the links below, an information about pre-existing or preventive care is pretty clean. We are young people (26 and 29 y.o.) and have no diseases that can be pre-existing or needs a preventive care. We just want to be safe in US and if something going wrong - not to have problems with money to cover medical urgent help.
I`ve read all the information in links below, but unfortunately it`s still unclear what should I do firstly, where should I call or drive to have a medical help that will be paid by Insurance Company. I would be grateful if you could clarify this for me.

If you need more additional information please do not hesitate to ask.

    Looking forward to your answer.
