I am 39 years old. I intend to visit US on J-1 Visa along with my wife who is 33 years old and a child who is 8 years old (both of them on J-2 status). Kindly advise me the plans available and premium for one year. Also let me know if the premium can be paid monthly. If yes, will there be any limitations coverage / reimbursement. Thanks in advance

Visit USA-HealthCare meets all the requirements of J visa. It is available at https://www.insubuy.com/visit-usa-insurance/what-is-visitors-insurance/

With $250 deductible, premium for 1 year will be

You - $70 x 12 = $840
Wife - $70 x 12 = $840
Child - $48 x 12 = $576
Application fee = $ 5
Total $2261

Visit USA-Healthcare is NOT renewable. Therefore, if you would like to purchase for 1 year, you will have to pay for entire 1 year upfront. Monthly installment is not available.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
