I am a 39-year-old Taiwanese and my whole family (my 37 y/o wife and 6 y/o son) will stay in San Francisco for one year starting 9-1-05. I need a medical insurance at the levels listed below:
a. Medical benefits of at least $50,000 per accident or illness.
b. Deductible not to exceed $500.00 per accident or illness
c. Expenses associated with medical evacuation in the amount of $10,000.
d. Repatriation of Remains in the amount $7,500.
And I prefer your "BCL & H Basic PPO 1000 with life" plan. Can you let me know what is the monthly premium? Thanks.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing medical insurance for your family. Unfortunately, as you are not US resident currently, you are not eligible to buy any Blue Cross plans.

Please look at Visit USA-HealthCare at https://www.insubuy.com/j1-visa-health-insurance/-insurance/ (https://www.insubuy.com/j1-visa-health-insurance/-insurance/) That is the plan you are eligible for and the one that meets all the requirements listed below.

If you take $50,000 coverage with $250 deductible, it would cost $70/month for you, $70/month for your wife and $48/month for your son. You can make instant purchase online there. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
