I am a physician from Egypt, invited to research work in USA. I was asked to have 2 months insurance. I selected you to provide me with it. But the sponsoring organization have asked for 2 things. The first is a confirmatory letter after getting the insurance. The second , they sent me a certificate that must be filled by the insurance carrier confirming the completion of the insurance for me, this certificate must be sent back to me so that I can send it to them again to get the visa. My question is how can I do that if I am going to order my insurance via email. thank you

If you have access to fax, you can fax those documents to us at 001-972-767-4470.
Or if you have a scanner, you can scan those and attach them in an email and send it to us.

Once you purchase the insurance, you will receive all the documents in the email, as well as they will be sent you by regular mail.
