Dear Sir/Madam,
My son is studying as a high school student in Danvers, MA, holds a F1 Visa and he will have a summer program of Hopkins at Hood College.
I am looking for an insurance plan for him from June 26 to July 24, 2016. The request is as follows:
1. Covers each illness/injury to a lifetime maximum of at least U.S. $1,000,000.00.
2. Provides some coverage for prescription medications.
3. Allows to visit U.S. Doctors.
4. Provides UNLIMITED evacuation/repatriation benefits.
5. Provides coverage for mental health illness.
6. Must be underwritten by an insurance corporation having an A.M. Best rating of “A-“ or above, an Insurance Solvency International, Ltd. (ISI) rating of “A-“ or above, a Standard and Poor’s Claims-paying Ability rating of “A” or above, A Weiss Research, Inc. rating of B+ or above.
7. May not be a policy that requires you to pay for all medical expenses in advance and then reimburses you for these expenses.
8. Must have a U.S. contact address and telephone number.
9.The key policy criteria above must be available in English for review.

Which covers Evacuation $500k and $50K repatriation.
