Insubuy works with several insurance companies and each of them have different procedures for processing changes to an insurance plan. If you purchased a Seven Corners insurance plan, the following cancellation procedures must be followed.
Send your cancellation request(s) to lecnac
In the subject line, include the words, "Cancellation Request".
Include the customers' full name and two of the following items in the body of the email. These details help us verify we have the correct insured.
- Certificate/Policy Number
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Email address used to buy the policy
Please submit the cancellation request in English.
The earliest you can set the effective date of cancellation is the next day. It can't be the current date or any previous date.
Your refund, if any, will be made in exactly the same form that you used to originally pay for the insurance.
Cancellation requests are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date the cancellation request is received with all required information.
All cancellations fees, if any, are charged by the insurance company. There are no additional fees (or any other fees) charged by Insubuy®.
