I have paid the first installment for a condo in Pensacola. Can I purchase insurance to cover the cost of my rental if we don't go because of covid 19? Also, what if the governor closes the borders of Florida again and we can't go. Would the insurance pay or would the owner refund my money?

Although we would be unable to advise of the refund procedure for your booking in the case the border were closed, it sounds as though Cancel for Any Reason insurance would be the most beneficial to your current situation. We have a few plans with such benefit in out Trip Insurance section, but they must be purchased within a certain number of days from the initial deposit date to be eligible.
