I am on J2 visa status in the US (residing in Texas). I am holding valid EAD and have health insurance (medical, dental and vision) through my employer. However I noticed that I need additional coverage (please see slide #4 on the attached document) in order to be in compliance with J1/J2 visa holder requirements. Would it be possible to provide me with the quote and advise how should I proceed? Thanks for your help in advance. I need this coverage start immediately till minimum end of July 2019, potentially will be extended till end of November 2019. I need $100k for accident or illness its mandatory to have this coverage as per the document I sent with my original email. Also deductions should not be more than $500.
