Dear Sir/Madam I want to do the wellness test as it's been 6 months since I have been in the US and I have also extended my stay and renewed my travel medical insurance for another 6 months. I need to do a basic routine examination/ health assessment to ensure I am in good health and my numbers are within the set health parameters for my age. I can order the test now and fill the claim form later if it's easier. But will you be able to reimburse me the $75 once I fill the claim form along with the Doctor's order and the lab receipt for my wellness checkup, although the tests cost more than $75. Please let me know. Thanks
You can find the parameters of the wellness visit in the Safe Travels USA Comprehensive plan here. As long as you meet the requirements listed, register and take the visit within the first 21 days of the policy you will be eligible for the benefit of $75 for the visit.
