I am a permanent resident (green card holder) of the US but I have moved to live in Thailand the past 4 years. During that period, I have been in the US for a max of 2 months. I am now in Thailand and plan to travel back to America for 2 months and would like to buy medical insurance for COVID. After the trip, I will fly back to Thailand and stay for a few more years. My passport is Malaysia. A lot of the policies says something about it not qualifying for "US residents" (there are a few definitions of this) and "home country". Am I eligible to buy these insurance policies for my trip?
