Do you have Insubuy office in India where I can contact and Indian representative? I am purchasing your policy online and am unable to understand the email & quote which I received from your end. Each plan will have a PPO network of doctors or hospitals in the U.S. In-network providers will generally bill the insurance directly, as this is a benefit of going to an in-network provider. Please keep mind that direct billing is always determined solely by the individual provider.
