My name is Lauren and I will have a study exchange to the US in August. I am Indonesian but currently studying in Australia. The exchange university I'm going to, University of Central Florida, requires us to buy a health insurance plan from their approved list and it includes Insubuy. 'Study USA Preferred 500' is the approved plan by UCF from Insubuy. I have yet to apply for my J-1 visa and but I hope to get it done before June. And in J-1 visa application, it requires health insurance as part of the requirements. I was wondering what's the start and end date for that plan, how much the total would cost and whether I can purchase it soon. Another thing is I plan to travel after my study exchange for around 3-4 weeks and if my student health insurance doesn't cover the dates I'm traveling, is there a specific insurance that you guys can offer for that?
