I am an English student going to be participating in a study abroad exchange program for one term at the University of North Florida. The dates that I need to be covered is from the 19th of August 2019 to January the 5th 2020. I was wondering whether your company has any policies that would fulfill the requirements that my university has set for my insurance? A proposed pricing structure would be great as well. The requirements are attached to this email. I also need to follow the guidelines of the Visa that I will have which are the following: - Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per accident or illness - Repatriation of remains in the amount of $25,000 - Expenses associated with the medical evacuation of the J1 visitor to his or her home country in the amount of $50,000 A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness.
We do have plans that meet the J1 requirements. The plan that we recommend for the University of North Florida is the Study USA preferred 500.
