When you go to the doctors in the network, please mention that you have First Health PPO Network plan, as the doctor sometimes may not be aware of Travel Insurance Services or Study USA.
If you visit in the network, there is a $50 deductible/incident as compared to out of the network deductible of $150/incident. Insurance company will pay according to whatever the doctor charges are, of course after the deductible is paid and you still have to pay the co-insurance as applicable.
