After you pay the deductible, Liaison Majestic Insurance pays 80% for first $5,000 in eligible medical expenses in U.S. and Canada and 100% after that up to selected policy maximum.

For non U.S. citizens traveling to the United States, Liaison Majestic Insurance pays $200/day (max $3,000) if you are admitted into the hospital for heart attack or stroke, even if it was caused by pre-existing conditions.
