Q:
What is the Swine Flu?
A:
Please read the detailed information about Swine Flu or H1N1 virus flu at
CDC web site.
Q:
Is swine flu a covered illness?
A:
It would be treated like any other illness or flu condition so that as long as the product was purchased prior to contracting the flu, the illness will be considered as an eligible medical expense under all other terms and conditions of the Certificate of Insurance.
Q:
What happens if a Travel Warning is issued?
A:
A traveler should always review and be aware of all Travel Warnings. Based on that review, a traveler must make a responsible decision regarding his or her travel plans. Q:
Can I cancel my plan and get a refund?
A:
Yes, most of the plans we offer give a full refund for any reason before the effective date of the policy. After the effective date, the refund
rules vary based on the plan you purchased.
Please look at our Current Clients section for refund rules for each plan, before or after the effective date of the plan.
