Hi,

I am looking for health insurance for myself and my wife. I am 30 years old and my wife is 27 residing in USA. We are Indian citizens. We need insurance till 2011. I was going through your website and I had some questions regarding the Silver - worldwide option of your policies. Some of the questions i have are as follows:

1. Are we eligible for this insurance?

2. Is this dependent on states in the US? I mean, if we move from one state to the other, can we still hold the insurance? What are the chances that we find a doctor and hospital close to the place where we live?

3.From the online quote, we figured out that with a quarterly payment of $462, the annual deductable is $500. What does this mean? If I make this quarterly payments, the maximum deductable for any service is $500?

4. If we plan to have a baby, will the baby be covered? What about the maternity expenses? will it be paid by you?

5. Do we have to pay any copays for visiting the doctors/hospitals or drugs?


It will be great if someone can help me with answers to these questions.
