Currently our carrier can offer employees out of the country on business to utilize their out of network benefits if they require services. More than likely the providers will not accept and/or file with Humana for payment. As a result, your employee may need to pay for the claim up front and file a manual claim with Humana for reimbursement of the covered/allowed amount. If they enroll in IMG, will they have to pay for the claims up front and submit a claim?
