European cruise insurance

I am planning to go on a European cruise and would be passing through Netherlands, Oslo, and Denmark. I am a US citizen but my husband is not. He only has a green card and Philippine passport. Do we need visas? We currently live in Guam. There is no European Embassy here. Where could we apply if we will need the visas? Please reply. Thanks
