I am a new immigrant plan to arrive U.S in june for the first time ( in san francisco)and want buy health insurance before travel.

I have some question about your plans.

1- Is difference between a traveler and an immigrant? because it is first travel i dont have green card yet?I want buy PATRIOT PLATINUM AMERICA plan.

2-If i get sick is it possible to bring me back to my home country in IRAN?Is the plan include that?

4-With choosing express mail ( 20$ is price)could i receive insurance card within 3 weeks in Iran?( DHL works here)

6-How i can find international providers?In search page for international providers(First Health network) need enter an ID that i dont have yet. my travel is from DUBAI and LONDON . How can i sure about that?although i am not old(34 years old)and have pass a full clinic health examination in immigration process but want know exactly what happen for example i get stomachache.

Today i could receive my visa card and ready for purchasing.
For purchasing from Iran i must use some methods that change my IP to other country like U.S or ENGLAND.I dont think it make problem.

The question that i have doubt about the answer is :
Assume my health insurance is for 1 month but for example i am injured in a car accident and inpatient in a hospital and in this moment the time of my insurance get finish. what happen? I must pay after this time? The time of being in hospital how recognized? by doctor or insurance company?
if needed for drugs or other treatment in home for a while after ending insurance the company pay for that?
