Hi, I'm an international grad student in the U.S. I want to pay a visit to France in winter break (from 12-13-2008 to 01-06-2009). To get a Schengen travel visa, however, I need to have "A letter from your insurance company stating that you will be covered for at least $ 40.000 during your stay in Europ for any medical and repatriation expenses (+ 1 copy) ".
