Student insurance for green card holder

I am a foreign student. But I have US permanent residence status and I have been enrolled at Texas A & M as us graduate. Can I purchase Study-usa-healthCare product for myself and my family?

Thanks for reply. Assurant Health Student select plan is for the students under the age 30, But I am 42 now. So though I have green cards, I am a non us citizen foreign student,, cannot I purchase Study-usa healthcare ?
